This vintage shoot was inspired by the beautiful Magnolia tree flowers that bloom each spring from the midwest to the deep south. The authentic 1970’s prairie dress is covered in these dainty pink blossoms. While the couple is real, the engagement is styled. The dress was a lucky Etsy find and I created the bouquet and the desserts. The vintage-style bike was borrowed from a friend. We spent a blustery April afternoon in Tower Grove Park, a favorite location of mine, in St. Louis. Tower Grove has one of the best magnolia blooms in the city, and I eagerly await them each year, so it felt fitting to do this dreamy and romantic session here.

I love creating these concepts for my couples, and frequently will help curate and style their engagement shoots, or even weddings. If this is something you are interested in, by all means, reach out and let me know.
