Sarah and Jared are some of the most kind-hearted and genuine people you could meet, so it made perfect sense that their wedding day would be a burst of love and warmth, despite it being a cold January day. And a cold day it was indeed! The winter sky threw everything it had at them, rain, sleet AND snow, and it didn’t phase these two! I think this was a beautiful glimpse into their future, that whatever storms may come, these two will weather it with love. They had a beautiful ceremony in Illinois and then we crossed the river into St. Louis for their reception at the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten. We ended up taking the majority of the photos inside the barns due to the weather (with one of the Clydesdales, of course!), and they couldn’t have turned out more beautifully.
