Late October and early November are key times to catch those bright and vibrant colors and this is always one of my most in-demand seasons! (I mean, just look at these leaves!) Nicole and Michael met with me the first week in November and we had an absolute blast on Main Street St. Charles. These two booked me almost two years in advance and I was so, so excited to spend the evening with them. They are getting married this coming fall at the Piazza Messina in Cottleville and I am sure it’s going to be absolutely stunning!
Engagement Session Tip: One of the questions I get asked about a lot is what to wear during a fall engagement and Nicole and Michael are a great example of what I would recommend! A neutral color palette allows the leaves to really pop and take center stage. I also love the subtle pattern on Nicole’s dress and how it adds texture and depth to the images. Engagement photos are a great and fun way for us to get to know each other before the stress of a wedding day, but it’s also a time to create true works of art for yourself and the best part about that is that you get to pick the season, the weather (we can reschedule if you don’t like rain – which you obviously cannot do for a wedding!) and you can showcase your style!
